About Me
I love sports. I love everything about them—the action, the competitiveness, the rivalries, the emotions that come from the highs of winning and the lows of losing. I especially love how sports act as a microcosm for society. Often, sports are not just a game or a match, but a vehicle that allows people from all walks of life to tell their stories. I want to pursue a career that allows me to help tell these stories.
I am a journalism major, graduating in May from Stony Brook University. I have a strong interest in writing, video production, social media and public/media relations. During my time at Stony Brook, my coursework focused on writing, editing, social media, broadcast journalism, and video production. I have completed internships with various websites and news outlets, including Pro Football Focus, Newsday, The Sports Quotient, and Barstool Sports.
